If it's not obvious enough, I enjoy making art and animations, as well as editing my little clips for fun!Boundaries:✦ Don't ask or try to find anything related to my personal life. DISCLAIMER:
By purchasing my services (illustrations, models, etc) you agree to the following:CLIENT RIGHTS
✦ Allowed to view the status of your order through Trello
✦ Allowed to post the piece online (with proper crediting)
✦ Allowed to use artwork for PERSONAL USE (PFP, Desktop background, etc)
✦ Allowed to print for PERSONAL USE ONLY (if wish to sell as merchandise, must be discussed beforehand)CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
✦ Not allowed to bargain with my prices
✦ Must give proper crediting to my work
✦ Not allowed to edit my work without my permission unless its during the actual process
✦ Sell PERSONAL WORK as merchandise
✦ Not allowed to re-sell any artwork/models/assets without my permission
✦ If you requested a slot and I have not started it yet, and would like to cancel, communicate with me before hand and you will not be blacklistedPAYMENT
✦ Details and Information are to be discussed and remained in private
✦ Payment Options:
▸ Pay 100% upfront
▸ Pay 50% upfront before the sketch, then rest of the 50% after sketch is complete and agreed upon
✦ Must be paid through Paypal and in USD currency
✦ Once final work is sent, there will be no refunds. If sending a chargeback you will be blacklisted.
✦ I will initiate transaction to minimize any confusionARTIST RIGHTS
✦ I reserve the right to decline any client
✦ I will only complete work that was initially discussed and agreed upon
✦ I reserve the right to post the finished artwork in my gallery, unless requested not to for valid reasons
✦ I reserve the right to refund you the full/partial amount paid (depending on progress of the project) if I do not wish to work with you anymoreCOMMERCIAL USAGE
